Lead Kingdom

Built for the people
who find the people.

The CRM built for curative title and wholesaling.

Lead Kingdom ties distressed properties to the families, heirs, buyers and deals around them, then puts workflows, a dialer and your own AI agents to work on the same tree. Not adapted to this business. Built for it.

It starts with the record.

Distressed properties, imported clean. A 200+ field mapper takes whatever list you already have, and every property lands on the map, in Market Finder, ready to work. List stacking shows which owners sit on three lists at once, deal scoring ranks who gets dialed first, and tags keep every source sorted.

Records open into people.

Owners, contacts, buyers. Every profile is wired to its properties, comps, notes, files and activity, so nothing about a person ever lives in a second system.

Every record is a person. Every person is a family.

Stacked owners, spouses, sons and daughters, mother and father links. Lead Kingdom draws the whole tree, because the person who can sign is rarely the person on the deed.

When an owner passes, the deal does not die. It branches.

Trace every heir, track every signature, and cure title without ever leaving the record. This is what the tree is for.

Bring your own AI agent.

Lead Kingdom is MCP-native, so Claude, Hermes or your own agent works inside the app like a teammate: pulling records, building trees, running workflows, dialing lists. Every action is logged on the record, so you always know exactly what your agent did and why. It also ships web MCP, so browser-based agents plug in the same way and work alongside you.

The work moves itself, and nothing slips.

Tasks, cadences, pipelines and workflows run the play from first touch to closed deal, and every step writes back to the same record. The call you logged this morning moves the pipeline tonight. Assign the tree once, and every heir follows the play.

Every word lands on the record.

Dial from inside the app, with every call recorded. Calls, texts and emails log themselves to the property and the person: last called, last texted, last emailed, and exactly what was said. Anyone on your team can open a record and know everything.

The team talks where the work lives.

A Slack-style workspace built into the CRM: a channel for every deal, threads that hang off any record, mentions that pull the right person in. The conversation stays attached to the property and the person it is about, so context never walks out the door.

Dispositions, wired in.

Buyers sit on the same tree as the sellers. Match a property to the people who want it and move the deal without exporting a thing.

The whole wholesale run, on one tree.

From the list you pulled to the contract your buyer signs: work the owner, move the deal down the pipeline, match it to the right buyer and send the paperwork for eSign. No spreadsheet, no second system.

One kingdom. Every connection.

Records, people, heirs, deals, agents. One tree, grown for the people who find the people.

LEAD KINGDOM · CURATIVE TITLE, GROWN

Questions, answered.

1Is Lead Kingdom only for curative title work?

It is built around it. Records, profiles, family trees and heir mapping exist because curative title and wholesaling demand them, but the same tree carries ordinary leads, buyers and deals just as well.

2How does the family tree actually work?

Every property links to its owners, and every owner links to their family: spouses, mothers, fathers, children. When an owner passes, you see exactly who inherits and who has to sign, without rebuilding the puzzle on every deal.

3Can I really bring my own AI agent?

Yes. Lead Kingdom is MCP-native, so Claude, Hermes or your own agent connects directly. It can pull records, enrich trees, run workflows and work lists, and every action is logged on the record where you can audit it.

4Will my existing lists import?

If it is a spreadsheet, yes. A 200+ field mapper ingests exports from DealMachine, PropStream or your own sheets without massaging the file first.

5What does the dialer do?

Call, text and email without leaving the app, and every call is recorded. Each conversation logs itself to the property and the person, so last touched and next step are always on the record. Your team sees the full history without asking you for it.
